High-pressure bypass valve 250 bar – 30 l/min

By-pass valve (pressure regulator) to be installed at the pump outlet: it regulates the working pressure and returns the water through the by-pass when the gun trigger is released. 3/8" F inlet and outlet, 1/4" F by-pass outlet, 1/4" F pressure gauge connection.

Which version to choose?

• Standard: valve only, pressure adjustable by hand.
• With chemical injector: integrated chemical suction (6 mm barbed fitting). The nozzle (1.8 / 2.1 / 2.4) is chosen according to the pump flow rate.
• With 3-wire electrical contact: same valve, pressure adjustable by hand, with a microswitch (1.2 m cable, IP65) that turns off the machine when the trigger is released (total shutdown).
• With 4-wire electrical contact: identical microswitch (1.2 m cable, IP65), but without adjustment knob: the pressure is not adjusted by hand on the valve.

The microswitch is a dry contact: it does not supply current, it opens or closes the machine control circuit (contactor coil or control box), never the motor power supply directly. For the wiring diagram, ask us for it before ordering.
